Sonic Bloom Studios, operated by Bloom Sound LLC, provides a professional recording and production environment. Our services include, but are not limited to: recording, mixing, mastering, audio restoration, podcast production, and voice-over recording. We strive to offer top-tier service and equipment to all our clients.

These terms are effective as of January 1, 2025, and may be updated periodically. We encourage you to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services responsibly and ethically. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of a violation, you may be subject to legal action and held liable for any damages incurred.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and require a deposit to secure your session. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and is non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled session. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Sonic Bloom Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to equipment malfunction, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers. A late fee of 5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance exceeding 30 days.

All prices are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the agreed-upon price will be honored.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all original content created during your session at Sonic Bloom Studios. However, you grant us a limited license to use your content for promotional purposes, including showcasing our work on our website and social media channels. We will always seek your explicit consent before using your content in any promotional materials.

Sonic Bloom Studios retains ownership of all original recordings, mixes, and masters created by our engineers. You will receive a license to use these recordings for your personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms of our agreement. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our recordings is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Sonic Bloom Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.

We take precautions to protect your equipment and belongings while on our premises. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property. We recommend that you obtain appropriate insurance coverage.

While we maintain state-of-the-art equipment, we cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any delays or technical issues that may arise during your session.

Sonic Bloom Studios shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials. In such event, Sonic Bloom Studios will take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of the force majeure event and resume performance of its obligations as soon as reasonably practicable.
